Submission Deadline: All teammate requests must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late requests may not be considered.

Player Request: Each player may submit up to two teammate requests, to ensure fairness and accommodate league organization. Exceeding this number will result in your requests being denied.

Coach Requests: You may request a coach or a team by name, but you may only do so by waiving the ability to request teammates. This request may be denied based upon available roster spots and team balance.

Request Limit: You may make either a player request or a coach/team request. Making both will result in both requests being denied.

Mutual Agreement: Teammate requests must be mutual. Both players must agree to request each other as teammates. One-sided requests will not be considered.

Clear Identification: When submitting a teammate request, players must clearly identify the teammate they wish to play with by providing their full name.

Consideration Priority: While every effort will be made to accommodate teammate requests, league organizers reserve the right to prioritize other factors, such as team balance and competitive fairness, when assigning players to teams.

No Guarantee: Submitting a proper teammate request does not guarantee that players will be placed on the same team. Factors such as team size, league structure, and availability of roster spots may affect team assignments.

Communication: League organizers will communicate the outcome of teammate requests to players before the start of the season or registration period, providing transparency and clarity.

Play: The teammate request policy aims to promote fairness and enhance the enjoyment of all participants in the league. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the policy may result in disciplinary action.

League Discretion: The league reserves the right to modify or update the teammate request policy as needed to address unforeseen circumstances or to improve the overall league experience.
